2023 Booking Policies

Minimum deposits as defined under our Site Rates and Fees list are required to secure all reservations. Payment in full is due two weeks prior to your stay.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground office at (603) 659-5051 during business hours. Email cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds. With the exception of seasonal bookings and holiday weekends, reservations may be cancelled up to two weeks (14 days) prior to scheduled arrival for a full refund less 50% of the minimum deposit amount. Thirteen (13) days to three (3) days prior to arrival, the full minimum deposit will be charged or credit toward a future stay will be offered. The full fee will be charged in the event of a “no show” or if a guest gives less than two (2) days’ notice prior to arrival.

Camping is an outdoor experience. No refunds or credits are provided due to the discomfort of nature. No refunds or credits for early departures.

Minimum Stays. A three-night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. Holiday reservation deposits are non-refundable. A minimum stay of two nights is required for all other weekend reservations, to include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.

Maximum Stays. Tent camping is subject to a two-week maximum reservation. Should you wish to return and continue camping with us, a full week interval is required between bookings.

Check-In and Check-Out Times. Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later. Check-out time must occur before 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive before 2:00 pm please check with the, you may pay a $20.00 early check-in fee if available. If your site is available and you would like to stay until 4:00 pm you may pay a $20.00 late checkout fee. Please submit your car pass to the office upon final departure. If you would like to register for additional nights, please do so by 10:00 am.

The season is May 15th through September 30th. The office is staffed from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm daily May through Labor Day Weekend, and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm daily after Labor Day. We do not offer after-hours check-in. If you are unavoidably detained, please be sure to notify the office as soon as possible. Our primary concern is for your safety and comfort, as well as the peaceful enjoyment of all our campers.
