Camp Rules

CANCELATION POLICY:

Please contact our office at 603-659-5051 for cancellations or changes to reservations. Email cancellations are not accepted. We ask that you provide us with 7 days notice prior to arrival for changes and at least 14 days for cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.

Cancellations received greater than 14 days from the date of arrival are refundable, plus a $25 processing fee. You may choose to have the remaining funds applied as a campground credit for future reservations that must be scheduled prior to the end of the current camping season. If not used prior to end of camping season balance is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Cancellations received within 14 days or less from the date of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

No shows, failure to cancel a reservation, early departure from a reservation is non-refundable.

No refunds for Seasonal bookings or Holiday weekends.

Camping is an outdoor experience. No refunds or credits due to the discomfort of nature.

Minimum Stays: A three-night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. Holiday reservations must be prepaid in full and are non-refundable.

A two night minimum stay is required for all other weekend reservations, to include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.

Maximum Stays: Tent camping is subject to a two-week maximum reservation (14-nights). Should you wish to return and continue camping with us, a full week (7 nights) interval is required between bookings.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later.

Check-out time must occur before 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of departure.

There is an Early Check-In and Late Check-out fee of $20.00 (depending on availability) Please check with the office ahead of time in either case.

If you would like to register for additional nights, if available, please do so by 10:00 am.

Don't forget to return all gate passes to the office prior to checkout or you will forfeit your gate deposit.

Our season is from May 15th through September 30th. The office is staffed from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, May through Labor Day Weekend, and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm daily after Labor Day. All check-ins must arrive 30 minutes prior to office closing. We do not allow after-hours check-ins.

We are a gated campground. All registered camper vehicles are subject to a $20.00 refundable gate fee - max 2 gate cards per site. When you return the gate cards you will be refunded your fees.

PET POLICY:
Well behaved dogs and inside cats are welcome. Dogs must remain leashed. Please be responsible and pick up after your pets. Pet waste bags are available at the dog park and throughout the campground.

Cats must remain indoors or on a leash. Loose cats cause a health hazard in common areas.

Pets should not be left unattended outside at any time and indoor pets should remain quiet. We do have both a dog park and a dog beach. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required at check-in. Visitors MAY NOT bring pets.
